He could finish all three tough interviews in a multinational company.

They called him for the final interview.

He had the full confidence of getting this job. But the result was just the opposite.

They just denied the job for him. The reason for their rejection really perplexed him.

"He is a short-tempered man!

ഫൈനൽ ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിനായി അയാളെ അവർ വീണ്ടും വിളിച്ചു.

ഈ ജോലി തനിക്കു ഉറപ്പായും ലഭിക്കും എന്ന ആത്മവിശ്വാസം അയാൾക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

പക്ഷെ ഫലം തികച്ചും വിപരീതമായിരുന്നു

അയാൾക്ക്‌ ജോലി നിക്ഷേധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

അതിനവർ കണ്ടെത്തിയ കാരണം അയാളെ ശരിക്കും ഞെട്ടിച്ചു.

ചില കമ്പനികൾ വിശേഷിച്ചും മൾട്ടി നാഷണൽ കമ്പനികൾ ജോലിക്കാരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരുടെ സ്വഭാവ വിശേഷങ്ങൾ വിവിധ മേഖലകളിൽക്കൂടി അന്വേഷിച്ചു കണ്ടെത്തും എന്ന സത്യം അയാൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല. അയാളെപ്പറ്റി അയാൾ അറിയാതെ തന്നെ നിരവധി കാര്യങ്ങൾ അവർ ഇതിനകം മനസ്സിലാക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയകളിൽ അയാൾ നടത്തി വന്നിരുന്ന കസർത്തുകൾ, പ്രഹസനങ്ങൾ, പ്രതികരണങ്ങൾ ഇവയുടെ മൊത്തമായ ഒരു റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് അവർ ഇതിനകം കരസ്ഥമാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. അത് പരിശോധിച്ച ഇന്റർവ്യൂ ബോർഡ് അംഗങ്ങൾ സത്യത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് ഞെട്ടുക തന്നെ ചെയ്തു.
