Sitting is killing We especially the bloggers sit hours together on our computer chairs to finish our assignments. Many others spend time sitting on their sofa sets to watch TV etc.  Likewise, most office-goers spend the majority of their time sitting on their chairs to finish their task. The latest research says that "Sitting is Killing You".  This is no doubt shocking news to all!  But the truth is that continuous or long sitting gives us trouble, say even more trouble to our healthy body. For people who have sitting jobs, it is inevitable, but the extra hours after that are more trouble-giving.
